Our schemes regularly include luxury cinema rooms, co-working areas, social lounges, gyms and breakout spaces, carefully planned to encourage interaction while protecting individual privacy.

Our insight extends beyond design through The Student Shed, which supplies fully equipped student packs including bedding and kitchen essentials, cleaning consumables, furniture and essential items used across accommodation portfolios. These packs support annual summer refresh programmes, where properties are cleaned, redecorated and prepared for new intakes.

Working alongside Ametros, The Student Shed holds contracts with major universities and student accommodation providers across the UK and Ireland, ensuring our designs are not only visually impactful but practical, maintainable and ready for repeated occupation year after year.
