We take a clear, collaborative approach to design, working closely with you and your wider team throughout the duration of the project.

Following a full site survey, we produce design concepts using initial mood boards, GA plans and visualisations for you to review and sign off.

Once the proposal has been approved, we develop a detailed design package, including final CGIs, finishing details for walls, floors, ceilings and other surfaces, joinery details and FF&E schedules.

A dedicated design lead will be assigned to your project, working closely and collaboratively with you and your team from concept through to delivery.

Your main project lead will work closely and collaboratively with you throughout the project as part of our project management service.

Your dedicated project lead will be SMSTS/CSCS certified, ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with current regulations.

A complete site set-up – in line with our CPP – will ensure site inductions for all workers and visitors and, where necessary, full site containment.

During the fit-out, we’ll provide regular opportunities to review progress on site to ensure quality and delivery expectations are met.

On completion, we’ll provide a full O&M handover pack, including as-built drawings, required certifications and documentation for all supplied items.

We provide bespoke technical drawings and high-quality bespoke joinery and furniture tailored to your project, from custom ceiling rafts and reception desks to kitchens, bookcases and screen dividers.

Our designers work closely with you to ensure all specialist and bespoke requirements are fully considered and seamlessly integrated into the overall scheme.
